The customer relationships are the contacts with the customers that allow us to make an appropriate transfer of our value proposition.
Communication relationships are related with the way a company communicates with its customers - through people or automated means.

Commercial relationships are of three main types:
  • customer acquisition - the process of persuading a customer to select a company’s product over choices available in the market;
  • customer retention - a company maintains a long-term relationship with its customers; repeated customers;
  • boosting sales (upselling) – persuading of already attracted customer to buy something additional or more expensive, without losing him/her.
