Value Map
The Value Map is a business tool that makes clear how your products and services create value by alleviating pains and creating gains. 

It has three parts:
  • Products and services - is a “shopwindow” with a list of what to offer regarding products and services.
  • Pain relievers - describe how your products and services reduce/eliminate specific customer pains. Great value propositions often focus only on a few pains that they alleviate really well.
  • Gain creators - describe how your products and services create customer gains and help customers to achieve the outcomes and benefits they require, expect, desire, or dream of by getting the job well done.
