While the previous learning units are focusing on the enhancement of specific innovative business skills essential for designing a stable system (i.e. Canvas model) and for the viability of a small business, this last unit proposes the development of transversal skills most important for the sustainable management of a micro enterprise such as: negotiation, team building, decision making and problem solving.
